If you wish to employ a Nanny on a full-time basis, they work over 30 hours per week. These roles are normally paid a salary including super, and NES entitlements. Full time nannies can vary in experience from ex-corporate professional mothers, career nannies to aspiring professional nannies.

We suggest a minimum of 20 hours a week to make the role desirable to the nanny market. Up to 30 hours per week is preferable when working with us at Mini Connections. Typically, the more hours you can provide a nanny, the better the candidate pool you'll have to choose from.

House Assistants are employed on a permanent basis with some flexibility. Responsibilities can differ from each family’s needs, although they may include managing a busy and large estate, coordinating trades people, cleaners, nannnies, car detailers, pets, chefs, and drivers, coordinating family travel, attening travel, family birthday parties and or private events, arranging medical appointments, and being on top of the family diary. These roles can include minor nanny duties when the nanny is sick. Candidates typically come from a Personal Assistant background or are nannies that want to evolve in their career.

Going on a short-term holiday nationally or internationally? Our travel nannies will go with you on your vacation, assisting with your childcare needs and requirements.
